Exchange Policy

We will accept exchanges if the size is wrong or the product is damaged when you receive it.

 

Items must be returned within 10 days of the delivery date in an unused and pristine condition. The clogs must be shipped back in the original box.

 

Please follow the following return procedure:

 

  1. Send an e-mail to info@swedishclogs.com (or call us at 1 604 731 1314) explaining what the problem is and that you would like to return the clogs. We will respond with an approval and/or explanation.
  2. Pack the unused clogs in the original box, include a copy of the receipt and a brief explanation why you are returning the clogs. Please ensure you specify the new size if you are exchanging the clogs because they did not fit.
  3. From the US: Please use FedEx ground or UPS for returns and exchanges. They're safer, cheaper, and faster than US mail and they include free insurance and tracking. We're not responsible for lost clogs that are shipped by US mail. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the clogs back to us (If the return is due to a wrong size, we will pay the shipment when we send the new clogs to you).
